What can I do about my acne?

Amanda Asked: What can I do about my acne?I am 14 years old, I have a lot of white heads on my chin area, I have NO idea what to do about it.. I try face washs, the tooth paste thing, ext. nothing works for my skin, it seems to always make the pimples bigger or more pimples appear. I dont understand, what am I supposed to do? I wash my face 3 times a day, but i still dont know what to do! Someone please help. Do NOT answer with face wash's or whatever, because trust me , they DON'T work for my skin.I get a lot of whiteheads, that usually what my acne is, like do i pick them? because
