Makeup tips for noobs, please?

hey Asked: Makeup tips for noobs, please?I'm 18 and I've never really been too big on makeup. I only wear foundation and concealer to cover up my acne, and then I'll curl my eyelashes and put on some mascara. but that's about it haha.I want to start wearing eye shadow and whatnot. I want to actually look like a girl since I'm starting to dress more girly.I'm at a loss because I don't know anything about makeup. I don't know anything about what kind of application brushes I need or whatever. I feel so weird not knowing about this stuff.So please, just
