Do I have Angiokeratoma of the Scrotum ?

I believe I have Angiokeratoma of the Scrotum (Fordyce). Exactly 7 small, slightly raised, dark bluish/black bumps on the very center of my testicle sack. Discovered because of slight itchiness. Symptoms currently: mild itchiness/irritation. not terrible but noticeable.Possible other diagnosis:-while I am almost sure its
