Asked: How do I get rid of post-birth control acne without risking weight gain?I was on Safryal for about a year and my skin was fantastic. I never had bad skin, a zit here and there, but after I quit birth control in March, my skin got awful. I get cysts on my face and I never have a clear day. I've even had to temporarily go on clyndamyacin(sp?) because my cysts got infected. I'm about ready to get back on the pill because it's been so bad, but the only problem is the Safryal prevented me from losing weight. When I got off the pill, I dropped weight like nobodies business,
