Flawless makeup for a freshman?(:?

Asked: Flawless makeup for a freshman?(:?Okay soo I have okayish skin, I have very little acne normally on my chin and on my forehead and uneven skin tone soo my upper cheeks under my eyes are red/pink naturally and it looks bad so I use foundation! The thing is, it sorta makes my face look powdery and cakey and I dont like it so can you recommend drugstore products/moisturizers?(: I sort of want to wear less makeup to school just to take less time in the morning and to sort of learn to feel more comfortable in my own skin and NOT look like a cake face!(: What you use to keep your skin clear
