My face is INCREDIBLY greasy! - help?

Frannie Asked: My face is INCREDIBLY greasy! - help?Okay, I wash my face with facial soap DAY and NIGHT, then I put lemons on my face. When I apply make up. Like foundation. My face doesn't look greasy. But then after 20 minutes, it's greasy! Especially when I go outside, it gets incredibly greasy.I don't understand why.I also use that minerals foundation too but yet my face still looks greasy.Any help?Also, I have acne scars..
