Why do initial breakouts happen on roaccutane?

3582648456731354 Asked: Why do initial breakouts happen on roaccutane?I am on 10 mg accutane to treat my moderate acne. I am currently 13 days (1 day to go to two weeks) into my treatment, and I am fairly sure I am experiencing my initial breakout. Old spots came back bigger, new spots appeared, and my face is a little bit redder. Although I wouldn't say my face is worse than before I started accutane,I think it's nearing to be worse to before I started, so I'm a little worried.Even at this low dose, I get an initial breakout. I just wanted to know WHY INITIAL BREAKOUTS HAPPEN
