Body acne and gf wants me to swim?

Brad Asked: Body acne and gf wants me to swim?ok so yeah ik people have acne. but i have it pretty severly on my back. and im going up north with her on friday. Her family is gunna be there and she wants to swim. but i said i dont want to. and after an hour of her ripping me to shreds wanting to know why i told her cuz of my body acne. She said so? everyone has acne. She is very accepting to it. but i feel like she thinks its a little bit or sumthing . i talked to her a lot about it and she is just getting really pissed i wont swim. Please give me some options? i have no idea what to do. I
