I'm 14, (please don't go on saying im too young, and what not) but anyways , my skin is oily and shiny , and i have some acne spots. i wanted something that would fix it so does this help at all ? and how do you put it on ? like before concealer or something ? ... and if you could give me any more tips , please do so...thanks :D&happy holidays(:
