Acne problems? I believe its called Papulus?

Rachelle Asked: Acne problems? I believe its called Papulus?i get these small bumps on the top of my nose/forhead and around both sides of my nose on my cheeks they are not pimples! They are bumps that are a little red and a 1 mm or less , small and they never form into a white head or pimple cause , they dont hurt but they are reallllly annoying i wear makeup so my makeup looks very uneven! I started getting them this school year, They will stay on my face for about 1-2 months before a small cluster dissapear then comeback a week later. I hvae dry skin if that helps? I THINK they are called
