Is it possible that Axespia acne pills are giving me more acne?

Asked: Is it possible that Axespia acne pills are giving me more acne?So i started to take Axespia an acne pill about 5 days ago, and since then i noticed my acne was a bit bigger than usual, could the pill be doing this? or just a coincidence? did anyone try this pill and worked? Also, im suppossed to take one in the morning and one at night, sometimes i forget in the morning so i take one like at 4pm when i come back from school and one before i go to sleep like at 11 or 12 pm, would this irregularity make a difference in the treatment? make it not work? i have small acne, nothing severe,
