my face is ALWAYS red?

Asked: my face is ALWAYS red?my face was never red untill like a year or a year and a half ago and now it really bothers me.i dont think it is rosacea because its just like blushed all the time but its not like acne and red or anything just like im always blushing.i do wear powder foundation and it helps a little bit but not really because if im just sitting on the couch or just putting my makeup on my face isnt red. PLEASE help me, people tease me about it. i am kind of shy but not like SUPER shy and i always have been kindof shy but my face hasnt always been red.is there anything i can do
