Asked: Medical question? Why am I suddenly so dizzy all the time?I woke up yesterday morning, jumped out of bed cheerful as usual, and fell backwards. For a few seconds my mind was spinning and I was totally out of it, then I was fine. I understand this is normal when jumping up too quick, but it has never happened to me, and it kinda worried me. All day, I was kinda dizzy and would stumble at times, but nothing too serious. I went to lay down for bed tonight and it happened again.
