Asked: how do you know if you have a cold sore?well i'm paranoid that i have one soo much and its getting ridiculous enough that i'm here right now asking on yahoo answers. well i keep putting toothpaste and Vaseline and rubbing alcohol and acne cream on whatever it is. it kind of tingles when i put the toothpaste and acne cream but not the other two. so far it hasn't scabbed or anything so i'm not sure if its a pimple or a cold sore. how can i know? is there any signs internal or externally? please help!
