Asked: Why do eggs give me severe acne?Whenever i consume something that has eggs it gives me sever acne on my face, sometimes in my mouth i cant puss filled lesions, or on my scalp, chest, back, neck and/or ears. I do my best to read labels or ask the server, but sometimes it still happens. Then the acne takes about 3-4 weeks to completely go away. I cant even have food cooked on the same surface as eggs. Benadryl doesn't help unfortunately... HELP ME!!
