How to stop my face from turning red?

L Asked: How to stop my face from turning red?When I feel uncomfortable, especially in social situations with people that I am not close to my face will turn extremely red. I am not sure how to stop this and it's ruining my confidence. It's one of the reasons I stay away from people I don't know a lot of the time. How do I make my face more pale, or something, and gain control over this? I'm sure people notice this flaw, and maybe it's why people don't approach me that much. But luckily, they never point it out, or at least when I'm not around. Does anybody
