I have an acne question PLEASE HELP?

Lexi Asked: I have an acne question PLEASE HELP?Okay so i don't have a lot of acne AT ALL but i feel some coming. There are like two pimples i feel like just like stating to "form" I really don't know how to explain it but i know if i don't do something soon/NOW, i will have two really big pimples or maybe even white heads in the morning. Does anyone know a way i can prevent them from coming
