Ashleighx Asked: Does anyone know any foods to avoid when having bad acne?Hiya, Im a 16 year old girl, and have quit bad acne. I know its common at this age, but iv tried everything and nothing seems to help. I am currently on Estelle 35 birth control to help my skin, but this doesnt seem to be working either. Im putting it down to what i eat, does anyone know some foods that cause bad acne? Thank you!
