Chemical burned my face?!!! HELP?

Genius Asked: Chemical burned my face?!!! HELP?I suffer from moderate acne and have been going to a dermatologist for 6 months. The first couple treatments, were fine but didn't work. I went back a week ago and he prescribed me a new facial cleanser, replacing Cetaphil (normal skin).
