doglover091687 Asked: How many tablespoons of cod liver oil should/can I take?Hello,I am 24 years old and for the past year or so, my acne has been getting really bad. I have a lot of health issues related to internal inflamation such as severe menstrual cramps and on and off again gastritis. So I read a lot about the benefits of cod liver oil and I found a good quality cod liver oil. My question is, how much should I take? I have been taking 3 tablespoons per day and I recently read that you can take too much Vitamin A. Does anyone know if 3 tablespoons is ok to take?Thanks!
