Danielle Asked: Does aspartame give you acne?I'm super acne prone and so I like to drink diet coke and stuff so that there is no caffeine or sugar but then I was thinking, what if it does. I was like talking to people and they were like 'no, it just makes you susceptible to like heart problems'. But they could be wrong because they don't drink it.
