Should I take accutane?

Jesse Chase Asked: Should I take accutane?Ok so I have been taking antibiotics and multiple gels for my acne for years now, and none of it has helped my face at all and today my dermatologist said there was one more option, accutane. I am very skeptical about this but I have till tommarow to decide. To be honest the side effects scare the crud out of me and every time I search the web all I see is a good comment followed by a bad comment about accutane. I just want to know the hands down truth, is the risk worth the reward? Will there be any permanent damage? Ps. - I am an avid weight lifter
