AC Asked: Hello, I have period issues.?I'm 14 right now. I;ve had it since I was 11. My periods have been pretty regulated up until my highschool year. These have literally been the most stressful years of my life. I only get 4 hours of sleep most of the time, and I don't think I've been eating the most healthy food choices, since I don't have time to make a healthy meal.
