Asked: Please help. What is wrong with me?I am constantly cold, lethargic, unable to concentrate, dull and generally depressed. My hair is falling out and I have been steadily gaining weight over the past 4 years though I keep to a strict diet. I have put on 5 stone in this time, which has had such a bad effect on me. I had anorexia when I was younger but recovered with help. So definitely not to do with what I'm eating.
