Marie jennifer Asked: does any mom out there have ever see pimples on their baby face. what did you guys do about it?hi, my daughter is 3weeks+2days old& shes been having those little red pimples on her face but its not that red. i search over the internet some of the answers said that it could be baby acne but i don't really think so, some of the answers said just wash her face with warm cloths but no soap some of them said to wash her with cloths and baby soap then dry it but im really confused right now.when i toke her a bath i used to put soap on the water so it can make bubbles
