Make up help please.?

Ari Asked: Make up help please.?I rarely use make up,on my face.just eyeshadow and liner..Pretty clueless when it comes to make up and what is used for this or that.No Im not a kid,im 20.Just never been a make up person.I have pretty clear skin.A few breakouts around the time of the month and acne scars that are there but lightwhat do i use to cover it up.Thanks
