HELP!! What Is Happening To My Skin?

What Is Happening To My Skin?i have been suffering from very dry, tight, itchy, red and irritated skin which I cant help but scratch to a point where my skin is sore and looks like a big rash!It is on my entire face, chest, my ears and my arms!I have oily/ acne prone skin and I have never experienced anything like this! never had dry skin in my life so this has come as a big shock!I dont know what it is, I havent used any new different products or eaten anything different. I have been taking allergy medication (piriton) applying aloe vera and olive oil to my skin to help
