Really bad acne? Need to get ride of it in a day! Pls help I'm 14?

And school starts on tuesday and it's not giant pimples it's like small red bumps but they're really read and it's right in between my eye brows... Pls help me any tips on getting ride of them?!?? They all just came in the past week bc when my mom leaves the windows open and turns the ac off I get them idk why I never got acne before but its my first year in highschool so I dont want acne so please any tips how to remove it???!!!P.s.
