Lemons have high levels of acid in their juices and can cause the acne/blemishes to spread and possibly become a disease.Wash your face every morning with hot water, it opens the pores and cleanses the pores from dirt and anything else that might be causing the acne. DO NOT USE SOAP ! Using soap makes the skin more sensitive and can cause an escalation in acne. Contact a local dermatologist if the acne gets worst or does not go away.Joshua May
