What should I do about my skin?

Violet Nielsen Asked: What should I do about my skin?Well I use this really effective acne cream called "acne free" my acne started clearing up in 3 days! But in three days while my acne disappeared my skin became really really dry and peeled off . So it looked like white flakes all over my face. so can I put the acne cream on and then put moisturizer on after the acne cream ? Or will that stop the acne cream from doing it's job? I'm not sure what to do
