Is there anything I can do to make facial hair grow?

Shadow Asked: Is there anything I can do to make facial hair grow?I'm 18 years old, and um..I'm a late bloomer. Really, I am. I have the body and face of a 12 year old..Everybody looks at me and thinks I'm 12. They either call me 12, or 14. As you'd probably expect, I'm not popular among the ladies. Not many of them are into the "puppy dog look" when there are other men around that are muscular, or mature looking. And um..I never get any acne on my face either. I literally get maybe just one or two zits a year that are big, but..Other then that, no acne at
